Chop and boil the broccoli until tender. Chop the chillies and spring onions
Drain the broccoli and set aside, then chop the chicken and coat well with cornflour
Pan fry the chicken on a medium-high heat until golden and crispy all over, the add the 1 chopped chilli, garlic and ginger and mix well. Stir fry for a minute, then add the broccoli
Cook for another few minutes, then pour in the soy sauce, lime juice, honey and sweet chilli sauce. Bring to the boil until it thickens, then serve with rice or noodles, top with 1 chilli and spring onion and enjoy!
