2 chicken breasts, cut into strips
75g crushed cornflakes
1tbsp Salt & pepper
2tbsp garlic powder
1tbsp cayenne pepper
Cut your chicken into strips and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika and cayenne pepper. Mix it up and put it to the side
Crush your cornflakes. Mix with the same spices.
Crack 2 eggs in a bowl and whisk. Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper.
Dip the chicken into the egg, let it drip and then dip in the cornflake mixture and put on the baking tray
Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 18 minutes, flipping after 10.
