In a separate bowl combine plain flour, corn starch, baking soda and salt

Add the flour mixture to the wet mixture and mix until well combined. Add the semi sweet and white chocolate chips to the dough

Add oreo chunks if you wish. Make the dough into balls. Flatten down and stuff with cookie dough. Roll it back into a ball

Place in the fridge for at least 4 hours. Bake at 350F for 20 minutes
