These delicious cinnamon rolls are the best sweet and comforting treat


Serves 6


Step 1
Mix the yeast into the lukewarm milk, then mix flour, salt and granulated sugar in a large bowl. Add the eggs, yolk, the yeast-milk mixture, and 84g butter and mix until you have a smooth dough
Step 2
Knead out the dough, then cover and leave to rise. Preheat your oven to 170ºC
Step 3
Mix together brown sugar, cinnamon and 120g soft butter
Step 4
Beat the air out of the dough, then roll out on a floured surface and spread the filling onto the dough
Step 5
Roll up the dough and loop thread or floss around the dough where you want to slice and pull to get a nice, sharp cut
Step 6
Bake for around 20 minutes, top with icing, serve and enjoy!
