It may not be lasagna, but this snack is good. Creamy, smoky, spicy crispiness in one satisfying bite

Step 1
Mix together the cream cheese, chipotle paste and ½tsp chilli powder
Step 2
Slice the jalapeños in half, then remove the seeds. Spoon the cream cheese into the peppers
Step 3
Finely chop the bacon, then fry in a dry pan with panko and thyme until golden and crispy
Step 4
Peel and deseed the avocado, then add to a pestle and mortar. Squeeze in the lime, season with salt, then mash until smooth
Step 5
Top each of the halved jalapeños with cheddar cheese, half of bacon and ½tsp chilli powder. Air fry at 200ºC for 5-6 minutes, then serve with the guacamole, remaining bacon, crème fraîche and coriander and enjoy!
