This is a dish you won't have tried before - melted cheese, burgers and a delicious curry with veg


Serves 1


Step 1
Break the beef patties in half, then place mozzarella between them and press the beef together. Cook the rice
Step 2
Season with salt, pepper, cayenne and paprika
Step 3
Chop the garlic and ginger and add to a pot. Add 200ml water, then peel and chop the potatoes and carrots and add to the pot. Bring to the boil, then add a curry cube and soy sauce
Step 4
Fry the patties until browned and cooked through
Step 5
Plate up the rice with mozzarella on the side, then place the patties on top of the rice. Spoon the vegetables and sauce over the mozzarella, serve and enjoy!
