Making something beautiful only takes 10 minutes and you don't even need to make the hummus!

Step 1
Finely slice the garlic and chilli, and finely slice the mint
Step 2
Heat the oil in a frying pan, then add the garlic and chilli, and cook for 2 minutes until golden, then remove from the oil, but leave the oil in th epan
Step 3
Drain the chickpeas, and add to the flavoured oil, and warm through on a low heat
Step 4
Spread the hummus on a plate, then top with chickpeas, followed by the garlic, chilli and mint
