Chilli, Garlic and Lemon Broccoli

Ingredients (7)

SERVES 4

200g tender-stem broccoli

1tsp minced garlic (or 2 cloves)

1tsp chilli flakes

1tbsp lemon juice

1/2tsp pepper

1/2tsp salt

1tsp oil

Method

STEP 1

Put a pan on a high heat with some oil. Once it has come up to temperature, drop the washed broccoli in. Chop 2 cloves of garlic if you’re not using garlic from a jar


STEP 2

Ass the salt, pepper, chilli flakes, garlic and lemon juice and mix in. Once the broccoli is cooked, you’re ready to serve as a great side for any meal
