Method

Step 1

Dice the chicken. Season with 20g curry powder, 100g yoghurt and 1/2tbsp ginger garlic paste. Cook the chicken and remove from the pan

Step 2

Add chopped red onion, 1tbsp ginger garlic paste, 10g mild high protein curry powder, cashews, tomato, water and fenugreek. Allow mixture to simmer for 25 minutes then blend

Step 3

Combine cream and 100g of yoghurt and add to the curry along with the chicken. Serve and enjoy
