Dice the chicken. Season with 20g curry powder, 100g yoghurt and 1/2tbsp ginger garlic paste. Cook the chicken and remove from the pan

Add chopped red onion, 1tbsp ginger garlic paste,
10g mild high protein curry powder, cashews, tomato, water and fenugreek. Allow mixture to simmer for 25 minutes then blend

Combine cream and 100g of yoghurt and add to the curry along with the chicken. Serve and enjoy
