Cheesy Crepe Sausage Roll

Serves 6


Step 1

In a bowl, combine the flour, sugar, coconut and salt, mix well, then set aside

Step 2

Place a slice of cheese on each crepe, then a sausage. Roll up and heat through in the hot pan, then serve and enjoy!

Step 3

Melt the margarine. To a separate bowl, add eggs, milk, condensed milk essence and margarine, then whisk

Step 4

Whisk the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until you have a smooth consistency

Step 5

Brush a little butter into a hot pan, then pour in about a cup of batter and cook until golden brown on both sides

Step 6

Repeat and set the crepes aside. Fry the sausages in the same pan until browned and cooked through
