Boil calamarata according to packet instructions. In a pan, heat olive oil and butter. Add crushed pepper, grape tomatoes, chopped bell pepper, chopped onion, minced garlic and Italian seasoning

Add the diced tomatoes, vegetable stock, salt, saffron and sauvignon blanc

Stir ingredients together. Reduce heat to medium low. Add lemon juice and let it simmer for 25 minutes. Add in mussels and cook for 3 minutes, then add prawns and cook for a further 2 minutes. Combine with calamarata and garnish with parmesan and parsley
