Method
Step 1
Brown the beef and add Italian sausage, chopped onion, pepper, roasted garlic, diced carrot and celery
Step 2
Chop the cabbage and add to the pot with diced tomatoes, thyme, chilli flakes, brown sugar and beef stock
Step 3
Boil until the cabbage has cooked down. Serve with whatever toppings you like and enjoy
