Stir fried rice with butter, cajun and garlic prawns.
Start by seasoning your prawns with one tbsp of cajun seasoning. Stir well, and season with salt and pepper
Then, melt two tbsp butter in a pan and add in your prawns. Stir and fry until pink and cooked through. This should take no more than five minutes. Remove the prawns from the pan to a plate and set aside
Then, melt two more tbsp of butter in the same pan, once melted add in your garlic, then your rice. Season with another tbsp of cajun seasoning and stir together. Pour over your chicken stock and bring to a simmer. Cover and leave for ten minutes.
Once your rice is cooked and the stock is absorbed, add your prawns back into the pan with an extra tbsp of butter. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
