Ingredients (14)

SERVES 4

2 chicken breasts

1tsp butter

1 onion

1 handful cashews

1 tin chopped tomatoes

3tbsp low fat cream cheese

75ml milk

4tbsp garam masala

2tbsp garlic powder

2tbsp paprika

2tbsp ground black pepper

1tsp salt

3tbsp low fat Greek yogurt

1tbsp olive oil

Method

STEP 1

Dice the chicken breast and add to a bowl with garam masala, garlic powder, paprika, 1tbsp black pepper, olive oil and Greek yogurt. Mix until well combined and chop the onions,


STEP 2

Add to a hot pan and cook for 10 minutes before removing and setting aside on a plate


STEP 3

Add butter to the pan and sweat down the onions before adding a tin of tomatoes, salt, the same spices used for the chicken, cashews, and cream cheese


STEP 4

Stir and blend with milk until smooth before adding back to the pan along with the chicken and let it cook on a low heat. Serve with rice and enjoy
