Ingredients (8)

Serves 1

1tbsp oat flour

1.5tbsp cocoa powder

2tbsp protein powder (optional)

2tbsp apple sauce

3tbsp low fat milk

1 cap vanilla extract

1tsp powdered peanut butter

1 pinch kosher salt

Method

Step 1

In a bowl, mix oat flour, cocoa powder, apple sauce, milk, vanilla extract and optional protein powder and mix the powdered peanut butter with water in a separate bowl


Step 2

Mix until combined and top with peanut butter and salt


Step 3

Microwave for 50 seconds and you’re ready to eat
