150g Garlic and Herb Boursin cheese
480g turkey breast steak
220g raw pasta (I used linguine)
400g cherry tomatoes
1 medium red onion
1.5tbsp olive oil
1tsp mixed herbs
2tsp cajun seasoning
0.25tsp chilli flakes
Basil to garnish
Cut up the turkey breasts and mix with olive oil, garlic granules, cajun and salt. Then place that in the fridge to marinate for 30 minutes.
Grab an oven tray and add in some cherry tomatoes and a red onion before placing a whole block of Boursin in the middle of the tray. Drizzle over olive oil and then season with Italian herbs, pepper and chilli flakes.
Place in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
Cook your pasta in salted water and then drain, keeping some of the pasta water for later.
Fry the turkey breast for about 6-8 minutes, until cooked through.
Take the tray out of the oven, add the turkey, cooked pasta and pasta water and mix thoroughly. Serve and enjoy!
