Step 1
Season your Beyond Burgers patties with salt and drizzle with oil
Step 2
Heat up a pan over a medium heat, and get the burgers sizzling. Meanwhile, heat another pan with some olive oil and place in the rashers
Step 3
Slice open your burger buns and spread liberally with the mayo, then cut your tomato into thick slices
Step 4
When your burgers and bacon are getting browned, flip them, and by now the bacon should be done. Remove the rashers from the pan, and place in the buns, mayo side down
Step 5
Once the burgers are browned on both sides, remove, turn the heat right up and fry the tomatoes on both sides
