Method

Step 1

Add the BBQ marinade to the beef and refrigerate

Step 2

Chop green onions and garlic. Add to pan with some oil and cook for 1 minute. Add frozen vegetables and cook for a further 5 minutes

Step 3

Chop kimchi. Add soy sauce to the vegetables followed by the kimchi

Step 4

Add cooked rice to the vegetables along with gochujang paste

Step 5

Sprinkle mozzarella on top. And transfer the rice to a bowl

Step 6

Cook the beef on high heat for 2 minutes on each side. Cook the eggs on low heat for 5 minutes

Step 7

Assemble the bibimbap with the rice, beef, cucumber, kimchi, sesame seeds and bean sprouts
