Ingredients
Serves 6
100g plain flour
2 eggs
300ml semi-skimmed milk
1 punnet of blueberries
2 bananas
A few knobs of butter
Method
Step 1
Prep: Make your pancake batter by combining 100g flour, 2 eggs and 300ml semi-skimmed milk. Whisk.
Step 2
Line a tray with foil, add your blueberries and put into the oven
Step 3
Add a knob of butter to the pan, put in a ladel of pancake batter and cook on one side. Add sliced banana and fold.
Step 4
Take your blueberries out of the oven, place your first crepe on top. Repeat with as many crepes as you like
Step 5
Put all your crepes and bluberries into the oven for 5-10 minutes
Step 6
Turn upside down and serve!
